               After choose your language just download the software from that website depend on your OS(32 bit or 64 bit).
               If you do not What type of bit Operating System you are using. No problem Just Download 32 bot software which is adaptable for both 32 bit and 64 bit Operating Systems. After download that software you have to install it in your computer.
              Once you installed that Software just Reboot your system. .After reboot you can see your system automatically change in to your installed language. 

                Again you want to change your PC Languge into default you can change it from Control panel->Region and Language->keyboard and language->choose a display language.
